It is with such delight that the Uganda Rugby Union receives an invitation extended to Mr. Godwin Kayangwe and Mr. Ian Munyani, from the Commonwealth Games Association of Uganda to represent the Union and the rugby fraternity at the Presentation of the Queen’s Baton Relay at the Hockey Grounds, Lugogo this Friday 05 November 2021.

Mr. Godwin Kayangwe is the Uganda Rugby Union President and Mr. Ian Munyani is one of the athletes that is integral in the Uganda Men’s 7s Team.

The URU joins the sports fraternity in Uganda and in the Commonwealth Nations in celebratrating this auspicious tradition.
