While expressing his gratitude during the MOU partnership finalization, Mr. Godwin Kayangwe stated, “I cannot thank you enough for giving this opportunity to Uganda Rugby Union, and I know many parents can, and are excited to give us their children to undergo this route.”

Llandovery College Principal Mr. Dominic Findlay added, “I was very impressed with the young players we saw on Saturday during training, and I look forward to have the younger players on board.”
The partnership launch included a dynamic visit to Kyadondo Rugby Grounds where the visitors had a direct interaction with the Under-17 players and coaches during training followed by a strategic meeting with parents, and Age grade rugby leaders there after. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed to formalize this collaboration, signaling a promising future for Ugandan Rugby from its grassroots.
