The Central Super Week training sessions took place from 2-5th September at Kyadondo Rugby Grounds.

On 2nd September, the World Rugby Medical Educator Leonard Were conducted the First Aid In Rugby Session. A total of 14 participants took part in it.

On 3rd September, World Rugby and S&C Educator Dr Temper Benjamin handled Friday L1 Strength and Conditioning with 20 participants in attendance.

On 4th September, Level 1 Coaching 7s session was conducted by World Rugby Coach, educator and Rugby Africa Vice President Andrew Owor with 18 participants.

Introduction to Match officiating was covered on 5th September and conducted by WR MO educator Roger Sebina. 8 participants were in attendance.
