The fourth Round of Uganda Cup this past Saturday, November 7th, 2025 was a spectacle of sheer dominance and one nail-biting finish, as teams across the men’s and women’s competitions battled for supremacy.
The most eye-catching result of the weekend came from Toyota Buffaloes, who put on an attacking masterclass to demolish the Fort Portal Tyrants with a staggering score line of 105-06.
The scale of Toyota Buffaloes’ win, scoring 105 points, signals they have found an offensive rhythm that makes them formidable opponents.
They were not alone in their free-scoring form. Plascon Mongers were equally ruthless, overpowering Kigezi Silverbacks 69-03 in a commanding performance. Similarly, Victoria Sharks and Rhinos both secured convincing wins. Victoria Sharks dominated the Kitgum Lions 54-07, while Rhinos trampled the Mbale Elephants 55-10.
The match of the round, however, provided a much tighter affair. Lifeguard Rams emerged victorious from a hard-fought contest against Walukuba, clinching a narrow 26-23 win. In the remaining men’s fixture, Kakira Simbas proved too strong for Amara Kyambogo, securing a 32-03 victory in Kakira.
In the women’s competition, Ewes continued their strong form by edging out a determined Avengers side in a closely contested match. The final score of 22-17 highlights the competitive spirit and growing quality within the women’s game.

With the table now taking shape, the competition promises more fireworks as the Uganda Cup continues.
