Nairobi, Kenya — 26 May 2026. Lady Cranes will meet South Africa in their second match of the Rugby Africa Women’s Cup Performance Division tomorrow, 27 May 2026, at the RFUEA Grounds with kick-off scheduled for 2:00pm EAT.

Team update and preparation
- The Lady Cranes completed a captains’ run today as part of final preparations to sharpen skills and match readiness ahead of the encounter with South Africa.
- Assistant Coach Charles Onen reflected on lessons from the opening loss to the hosts Kenya and outlined the team’s focus for tomorrow: “Coming from the loss against the hosts (Kenya) we believe there are a couple of lessons learnt. Our defence was so bad, the line speed was not enough. Moving into this game against South Africa, we look forward to a better game, we have changed some stuff in our defence, hopefully the team get to execute quite well.”
