The Uganda Rugby Union today hosted members from the National Council of Sports that is undertaking a Monitoring and Evaluation exercise for all national federations to ascertain their compliance to the NCS Satutory Instrument  No.38 of 2014.

Present at the evaluation was Ivan Nuwagaba, Ivan Mugowa,Mr.David Katende,Ms.Anne Nankya.and Executive Committee members Peter Odong (Secretary) Dorothy Nekesa (GIR executive) Godwin Kayangwe (President) Oscar Olaro (VP Technical) and Ramsey Olinga the CEO of Uganda Rugby Union.

• Current strategic development plan
• Confirmation of affiliation of all the respective bodies of your federation
• Annual activity reports of 2019,2020 and 2021
• Current approved Standard Operating Procedures against the Covid19 pandemic
• Data on active officiating officials, referees, umpires, instructors accredited, both National and International scene.
• List of registered academies as of 2020 to 2021
• Existing data on registered players including professional and their ranking period 2018,2019,2020,2021.
