Jinja Hippos Rugby Club has today announced  Charles Onen as their new Head Coach.

“Our objectives are to continue the progression we have made since joining  the premier league while also ensuring we have a focus on the development of our second side and community rugby (women’s team)”- Jonan Manzi Chairman Jinja Hippos

Coach Onen is not only a level 1 coach but also a level 2 referee.
“I am delighted to be working with Jinja Hippos again ever since 2014/2015 season.
Its a group of young passionate hard working young lads who i have worked with before and with the passion they have for the club,I’m here to improve the individual and unit skills in order to achieve the targets for the club (development and becoming the top club in the country).”- Coach Onen
