Immy Mudoola Cup A Success.

This year’s Immy Mudoola Cup took place at Kyadondo on Independence and attracted a total of  players 204 girls.

The annual tournament that celebrates Immy Mudoola for her contribution towards the growth of women rugby in Uganda.

The 2nd Edition of the Immy Mudoola Girls Development Cup was successful. From 12 teams last year, this year we registered 28 teams but only 18 made it for the tournament due to challenges and some were in examinations time at school.

The chief Guest of honor Mrs Immy Mudoola told the girls to work hard and uphold the rugby core values. This will in return take them places with the Lady Cranes National team in future.

Our annual Target is to give all girls a platform to play and show case rugby at a bigger stage. This inspires them and in return to support other younger girls build their rugby careers with purpose.

The 3rd Edition 2023 will be on Women’s Day in March. We have changed dates to involve more girls in all the four regions of the country. October is third term and considered for academics.
