Pools for the Guinness sevens competitions have been confirmed as players, teams countdown to the kick-off at Legends on 2 October 2021. Sixteen teams have been allocated to four pools of four teams.

The first leg will be at Legends Rugby Ground for a two day tournament hosted by Warriors. All the Central region games will happen on 2 days (Saturday and Sunday) with 10 core teams and 6 invitational sides. Three circuits will played outside Kampala ie Gulu, Soroti and Kabale and those games will be played in a one day format.
