The stage is set for an explosive Uganda Cup final as Stanbic Black Pirates and Platinum Credit Heathens secured narrow but decisive victories in their respective semi-final clashes concluding the Uganda Cup outings for KCB KOBs andToyota Buffaloes respectively.

At Kyadondo Rugby Grounds, Heathens were the first to punch their ticket to the final, defeating the Buffaloes 22–13 in a disciplined and physical encounter.
