Lady Cranes Stay Unbeaten

The Lady Cranes opened the day with a hard fought 17–14 victory over Kenya Cubs before producing a dominant 31–07 win against the Junior Lionesses to close out their Match Day Two campaign.
After three matches the team sits on top of the women’s table with 9 points tied with Kenya Lionesses in second position. Lydia Namabiro leads the Lady Cranes’ scoring charts with five tries after 3 games.

Uganda Select Exit Pool Stage

In the men’s competition, Uganda Select concluded their Pool A campaign against SportPesa Fast Forward 7s and Kenya Shujaa. Despite a competitive showing, they fell 17–24 to SportPesa Fast Forward 7s before suffering a 05–21 defeat to defending champions Kenya Shujaa in the final match of the day
The results send Uganda Select into the Challenge Trophy knockout stage.

Sunday Fixtures
